Each of us enters the world with a unique dharma (purpose), a potentiality that we are meant to realize.  When we are not living our purpose we miss out on the pleasure of filling that exceptional space the universe meant for us to fill.  We can live an abundant and more meaningful life when we learn to listen to the wisdom that stems from our own hearts.

Yoga and Tantra provide a profound yet practical approach to finding meaning and purpose in our lives, and tools to help us clear the stuff that gets in the way.  Become aware of your heart’s deepest desire and learn how to manifest the things you want.

During this week we’ll practice various techniques including yoga, meditation, visualization, journaling, and yoga nidra (deep physical and mental relaxation) that help us live more vibrant lives.

Daily Schedule:

8am-11:30am – practice and discussion

11:30am – lunch and free time to relax, enjoy the pool or beach, or take an excursion on St. Lucia (we will have two planned group excursions which are optional)

5:30pm – dinner

7pm–9pm - evening practice on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday

7pm - free time on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

About the Villa

This magnificent 9 bedroom residence occupies a stunning hillside location overlooking the crystal waters of the Caribbean. The property is nestled in an acre of landscaped tropical gardens on the exclusive Cap Estate, just 200m from the nearest sandy beach. The Estate is also the home to St. Lucia's only 18-hole golf course.  All bedrooms face the ocean and have private bath and a/c.
